Official taping policy:
Paracusis encourages taping as long as it is not used for any commercial
purpose. Any taper or possesor of any Paracusis music who is found to be
using the recordings for commercial gain will be prosacuted to the full
extent of the law. There is to be absolutely no video of Paracusis's shows
without explicit permission from Paracusis. And any tapers who choose to
tape our shows must not interfere with the audience in any way ie do not ask
audience members to be quiet or move out of the way and do not obstruct the
view of any concert goer. Paracusis retains the right to confiscate
recordings when this policy is being enfringed. Aslo Paracusis will adhere
to any venue rules and regulations regarding recording. Thank you for your

"Hey this is Zach from Paracusis and I just want to tell you that Paracusis officially has an open taping policy as long as there is no commercial use of our music or likeness. No video unless we authorize it first though. And, of course, our open policy depends on the policy of whatever venue we happen to be at. But all venue questions aside we would be happy to have our shows on the archive.
